INSIDE PROVCREDA
From intake
to enrollment.
Inside ProvCreda’s credentialing workflow: how our service team and platform connect the daily work with the progress clients see.
Follow the workflowTHE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
One provider.
Many moving parts.
A provider’s enrollment can involve several payors, practice locations, documents, signatures, and follow-up steps. A billing company may need to oversee that work across multiple groups. Each group still needs a clear view of its own providers.
ProvCreda built its workflow around that relationship. Provider and group records give the work context. Employees manage the next action. Clients see the status, missing items, and reporting relevant to their organization.
The platform supports the service team throughout intake, document review, enrollment, and ongoing maintenance.

DOCUMENTS WITH CONTEXT
The right file.
The right record.
Employees can find and upload documents from the Document Center, choosing the provider or group that the file belongs to. Documents also remain available in the provider’s record.
Requests for missing documents have their own workflow. That keeps document collection visible while enrollment cases stay focused on the application work.

its own view.
Keep recurring work visible.
CAQH maintenance has a dedicated view, separate from regular enrollment cases. Employees can identify the providers who need attention and record re-attestation activity without mixing recurring maintenance into the application list.
Completing the work requires the CAQH ID and completion date. The activity stays in history, and the maintenance cycle continues for the next re-attestation.

PROGRESS CLIENTS CAN FOLLOW
Make the update
part of the workflow.
The Client Portal brings provider rosters, enrollment status, missing items, and expirations into a shared view. Group and provider filters help clients focus on the records within their access.
Scheduled reports give teams a recurring way to review that progress. Employees retain the internal source details used to investigate a record; client reports present the relevant status and enrollment information.
